Brian has to regretfully close his Seascape B&B until August 2012 while some faults in the building construction are remedied. The work is taking place over the summer months to take advantage of the fine weather. Brian will update the website with progress reports and a re-opening date as soon as possible.

A lot of visitors appreciate this handy location for going on the the Kapiti Island Ferry, visiting friends and relatives, playing golf at Paraparaumu Golf Course, bird sanctuaries, bush walks, the beach, and closeness to the newly opened Kapiti Airport.

King Room - King double convertible to two singles on request

Continental Breakfast comprising fruit juice, grapefruit, choice of cereals, freshly brewed Italian filter coffee, pot of tea, green tea, home-made bread toast, home-made jams etc. or
Cooked Breakfast comprising all of the above plus bacon & eggs, sausage, tomato, hash brown, black pudding etc, or
European Style Breakfast comprising cheeses, salami, tomato, fresh bread rolls, fruit juice, coffee or tea.

Drinks: A selection of nice wines are also available from the wine cellar at very reasonable prices, plus chilled beers. On a hot day enjoy a complimentary jug of iced cordial, or a nice cuppa while you sit on the patio in the sun.

All bookings are 20% non-refundable from confirmation.
All bookings cancelled 1 day prior to arrival date, will have none of the purchase price refunded.
